    Dan Frazier is the AADR Chairman as well as CEO of Century Support Services, located in Pittsburgh, PA. Century has been assisting consumers with their unsecured debts since 2003. Led by a team of seasoned experts with an average of 12+ years of experience in the Debt Settlement Industry, Century has over 200 team members that support our clients on their debt relief journey. Dan Frazier has over 26 years of executive leadership experience with financial services and technology companies, in both the public and private sector, across the banking, mortgage, payments and education industries. Dan joined Century Support Services in 2017 as Chief Executive Officer and is responsible for the overall performance of the organization and support of its leadership in the Debt Settlement industry. Prior to joining Century, Dan served as the Chief Operating Officer at ECSI, a Global Payments company providing loan servicing, business outsourcing and payment processing services to over 1,500 colleges and universities across the country as well as the Department of Education. Previously, Dan was the Senior Vice President of Strategy at Servicelink, a Fidelity National Financial company providing mortgage servicing solutions to the mortgage originations and default market. Throughout Dan’s career, his focus has been on providing a great customer experience, developing product innovation, and promoting growth and learning for his employees and clients. Dan earned his BA in Accounting from Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, PA where he currently resides with his wife and 2 children.

    Sean joined Freedom Financial in 2013 and has led Freedom Debt Relief (“FDR”) through a significant growth period, more than quintupling the business. FDR has served over 900,000 clients and resolved over $12 Billion in consumer debt. In addition to debt settlement, Freedom Financial offers a suite of debt solutions for everyday Americans, including personal consolidation and home equity loans. Prior to Freedom, Sean served as Chief Operating Officer for Reply! Inc., a leading online marketing platform and was President of the social networking start-up Connecting Neighbors, which was purchased by Reply! in 2005. Sean began his business career in 1998 with the start-up bamboo.com, which introduced “virtual tours” to the real estate and hospitality industries. That company went public in 1999 and then combined with its largest competitor to create Internet Pictures Corporation (iPix), where Sean served as VP of Sales and Strategic Alliances. Sean holds a J.D. from Georgetown Law School, a master’s degree from Cambridge University, and two bachelor’s degrees from Stanford University.

    Steven Petrevski joined Global Holdings in May 2023 as CEO and President. An experienced operator and innovator, Steve has spent his career creating value at the intersection of technology and financial services.

    Prior to joining Global Holdings, Steve was focused on the risk and insurance industry. He was the founder of a cyber Insurance provider after serving as the General Manager of Data and Analytic Solutions for Aon. In this capacity, he advanced the global analytics capabilities, launch of new risk solutions and establishment of the digital channel.

    Prior to joining Aon, Steve was the General Manager of Security and Fraud Solutions at First Data. As GM, he was responsible for product development, sales and support for over one thousand financial institutions and one million merchants, spanning local businesses to the world’s largest retailers and banks. Before joining First Data, he was with JPMorgan Chase and UBS focused on driving technology strategy and business development across the cyber security, fraud, and analytics sectors by leveraging emerging technology connectivity with Silicon Valley. He started his career as a technology consultant at IBM.

    Steve currently serves on the Board of Converge Insurance and has been an advisor to multiple successful start-ups and venture capital firms. He has a B.S. in Engineering from the University of Michigan and M.B.A. from the University of Georgia.

    His greatest joy is spending time with his family, preferably outdoors, and especially while on skis.

    Prior to joining Beyond Finance, Lou spent a decade in executive leadership roles at National Debt Relief, where he focused on scaling operations and ensuring successful outcomes for clients. His depth of experience and commitment to improving client experiences have made him a respected figure in the debt relief industry. Prior to his debt resolution experience, Lou honed his passion for service excellence during a 7-year tenure at retail leader, Costco Wholesale. In 2012, Lou co-founded Haute Audio, a consultancy that curates bespoke audio programming for fine dining establishments around the world. His leadership is defined by a commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence and maintaining the highest standards of customer care.

    Lou holds a degree in Business Economics from The State University of New York at Oneonta. He currently resides in Houston, TX with his wife and two sons, though he will always call New York home.

    Robby H. Birnbaum began his law career with Greenspoon Marder in 1998 and has practiced with the firm ever since. Mr. Birnbaum is a Partner and Practice Group Leader of the Regulatory Compliance and Financial Services Practice Groups and serves on the firm's Management Committee. Mr. Birnbaum also Chairs the firm’s Health and Consumer Insurance Sales Regulatory Group.

    For over 20 years, Mr. Birnbaum has provided proactive, successful compliance strategies and outcomes to financial and health industry clients. Mr. Birnbaum also has substantial experience in the travel and vacation resort industries, representing and counseling some of the largest travel providers and sellers of vacation and business travel services in the world.

    Mr. Birnbaum’s practice focuses on providing comprehensive legal advice and regulatory advocacy to a broad spectrum of clients, such as nonbank financial products and services providers; advertisers and marketers; health insurance and health-related service sellers; along with trade and professional associations. Mr. Birnbaum practices before the CFPB, the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), offices of state attorneys’ general, state banking and financial services departments and federal and state insurance regulators.

    A substantial portion of Mr. Birnbaum’s work involves assisting clients with proactive regulatory compliance to remain out of the cross-hairs of regulators and expensive class action lawsuits. Mr. Birnbaum immerses himself in the industries of his clients, advising clients on how to minimize the legal risks related to providing, advertising, and marketing financial and health insurance products and services to consumers under federal and state consumer protection laws, including laws and regulations under the jurisdiction of the CFPB and FTC. Mr. Birnbaum’s team also assists with state licensing and agency compliance reviews. Mr. Birnbaum regularly advises on the design of compliance management systems tailored to specific client needs and government expectations.

    Mr. Birnbaum is an experienced advertising attorney who regularly advises clients on consumer protection issues, specifically with regard to advertising and promotions, including digital media and lead generation, as well as consumer credit and financial services laws, privacy laws and regulations. He has extensive experience in the issues surrounding mobile marketing, target marketing, lead generation, affiliate marketing, social media, and user-generated content. Mr. Birnbaum has widely counseled clients on compliance with state and federal banking and insurance regulations, along with the sweeping wave of recent state privacy law regulations.

    Mr. Birnbaum focuses on defending clients in regulatory investigations and enforcement actions pursued by the CFPB, FTC, state attorneys’ general, and other state regulatory agencies, as well as advising in private litigation involving claims, such as false or misleading advertising, TCPA and telemarketing challenges, and unfair, deceptive, or abusive acts and practices.

    Mr. Birnbaum is heavily involved as the “go-to attorney” for the debt settlement, consumer credit counseling, vehicle service contracts, seller of travel, and the credit repair industries, actively representing over 500 companies in those industries in all areas from lead generation to administrative licensing and contract fulfillment. Mr. Birnbaum also counselsthe financial partners and supporting vendors of those industries, and is active in their trade associations.

    Mr. Birnbaum regularly counsels private equity and venture capital funds, along with public companies on their potential investments and market activity in regard to his practice areas. Mr. Birnbaum regularly supports and serves as lead counsel and advisor on multi-million dollar buyouts and investments. Mr. Birnbaum serves as outside general counsel to many of the firm's largest advertising, financial, insurance and other public companies.

    Mr. Birnbaum is on the Board of Directors for the Association for Consumer Debt Relief, served as the elected president of the American Fair Credit Council, the National Association of Credit Service Organizations, and the Administrator of the Vehicle Protection Association. Mr. Birnbaum is exceptionally active in Congressional and legislative affairs groups, bringing those direct insights and current updates back to the firm’s clients. Moreover, affiliate marketing, publisher/affiliate lead generation and sales, and network referrals round out Mr. Birnbaum’s practice areas.

    Over the last twenty years, Mr. Birnbaum has likely resolved, without the need for litigation and to the great satisfaction of his clients, more state and federal government investigations and inquiries than any other attorney.

    Mr. Birnbaum graduated from the University of Wisconsin for both his undergraduate studies and law degree. He resides in Boca Raton, Florida, practicing from the firm’s Boca Raton, Fort Lauderdale, and Miami offices.
